Performance Recognition Feels Great

One of the things that surprised me about my first master marketing event with Carbon Copy Pro, is the emphasis they place on people producing results with their business.

I was working on Pro for less than 90 days before that day when I was called up to receive the “Master Marketing Award” and honestly I was shocked, proud, and excited all rolled up.

Having been a top engineer for a fortune 50 company (Division Scientist for 3M no less), not once in my career did I get publicly recognized for my results.  I have always produced excellent results (you don’t become a division scientist at 3M by being a slacker) but my reward was always silent in the form of an excellent salary.

I had also been a top producer for one of the top multi level marketing companies around, but there too, never recognized for my efforts… no my upline took the limelight, I cashed the checks.

So receiving that award meant a lot to me.  A lot more than I would have anticipated.

The money I’m making with Carbon Copy Pro is fantastic, but working from home, I sometimes feel a little bit isolated so being called out and getting to meet company founders Jay Kubassek and Aaron Parkinson on stage was one of the highlights of my home based business career.

If it can mean that much to me, a hardened introverted engineer, I suspect it will mean a lot to many other people as well.  So my recommendation is to plug into CCpro, get your marketing scaled up to a massive scale and start earning the awards for yourself!
